Shop-in-shop system for new ceramic /furnishing lines of GEBERIT
Since 2016, the international Geberit Group has expanded its product range to include bathroom ceramics and furnishings, building on its leading market position in the area of sanitary products both "in front of and behind the wall". Geberit International Sales AG, which is responsible for sales in non-European markets and is based at the Group's central headquarters in Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland, commissioned us to design a display system perfectly suited to showcasing their new ceramic and furnishing lines.

The presentation concept developed by us is based on four basic modules of various sizes. A sophisticated module assembly system makes it possible to present virtually the entire product range in predefined product configurations. Products appear light and almost as if they are floating, thanks to the integrated lighting within the modules – a totally unique presentation method in the industry. The modules can be flexibly combined in different configurations, allowing them to be adapted to the spatial constraints of virtually any showroom area and in most presentation situations – be it an attractive single item display at the POS or a shop-in-shop solution designed to represent the product range at large, a complex showroom or an eye-catching trade fair exhibition.
The foundation of the display concept is based on specially developed, serially manufactured components that can be produced cost-effectively and, thanks to their compact dimensions, dispatched all over the world. The installation can be carried out quickly and easily by staff on-site, without the need for any special expertise. We also designed a corporate architecture manual to support the marketing of the system by Geberit International Sales AG. The document clearly and comprehensibly explains the concept, the design and the practical application of the system and also sets out the ordering and service process. In the course of the system development process, we designed a number of specialist solutions that are fully compatible with the system.
These solutions include functional modules – e.g. on the subject of toilet flushing – that provide a visual demonstration of how Geberit products interact both "behind the wall" and "in front of the wall” in perfect harmony. The concept is always expanding, with further functional modules currently in development, including modules intended to use media functions to demonstrate special product features.
